Here at age 72 Strephon demonstrates Spiritual Aikido Sword.

Strephon has developed Spiritual Aikido from regular Aikido. He has trained in regular dojo Aikido since he was 46. Strephon has used his Spiritual Aikido practices in his professional trainings in dreamwork psychology as a regular practice, and in his own life. He has taught Spiritual Aikido courses to adults in spiritual centers.

Perspective 6 Planning

What’s the plan?

To plan is to organize ones thoughts, possibilities and resources in time towards the goal of getting something valuable into reality.

One great task and secret of life is to plan all your significant events, not rigidly but towards project goals of significance.

1. - see where the chaos is and there impose structure
2. - see where the new potential is and their create a developmental structure. You might develop a convergent structure also.
3. - get commitments to your plan, yourself and others involved.
4. - a commitment is a choice to sustain certain actions in time, such as on a daily basis.
5. - evaluate the results of your ongoing work to shift the plan to greater effectiveness as the reality of your efforts develop.
6. - don’t expect things to turn out exactly as planned.
7. - keep planning and re-planning as the process develops.
8. - follow guidance in planning and carrying out the plan.
9. - your plan helps you set priorities in your work life.
10. - count the cost in your planning and accomplishments as well. Where the results worth the effort? How can we do better as we continue forward?
11. - planning helps one emerge out of chaos into accomplishment.
12. - by planning and keeping to the plan, one becomes active rather than reactive in life.

War is the deliberate destruction of human beings and their artifacts to gain dominance over a group, its lands and its culture.

War depends on mobilizing the aggressive instincts of animal human being.

The instinct of attack and destroy is built into human animals for a purpose. It cannot be rooted out. It needs safe cultural expression or it breaks out.

Instant change is possible out of his challenge to stop complaining in life.I once worked at an innovative treatment center as the chief psychotherapist. There in one of the memos to all our seventy staff I put out a direct order to stop complaining. It led to positive results, because of course I could not act like some army general, but I could highlight the issue in a dramatic way.

With all my students and clients in therapy I have suggested ending complaining, but of course not in a direct memo to my clients.
