War is the deliberate destruction of human beings and their artifacts to gain dominance over a group, its lands and its culture.
War depends on mobilizing the aggressive instincts of animal human being.
The instinct of attack and destroy is built into human animals for a purpose. It cannot be rooted out. It needs safe cultural expression or it breaks out.
